I am a Certified Professional Coach and Neuroscience Practitioner with a career rooted in Human Resources, spanning organizations of all sizes, from start-ups to multinationals. I’ve built HR functions from the ground up and partnered with leaders across industries and geographies.

Over the years, I’ve seen firsthand what truly sets transformative leaders apart. It’s not title or tenure. It’s self-awareness.

That realization led me to neuroscience, and ultimately, to the work I do today.
